Wonderful receptionist Alicia, easy to find on a main street. Nice beds, clean bathrooms, big towels, well-equipped kitchen. Centrally located in a beautiful town known for its history and nature.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Great staff; very friendly and helpful. Great location, near all of the attractions of the lower town and within easy walking to the upper town.
This is a basic hotel; no frills but clean and friendly and a very good value. If you can do without the luxury, this is a great place to stay in Osuna.

We loved this hotel's central location, right next to the Information centre and in the centre of the city, which made transportation easy for us during our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay an enjoyable one.
Nothing.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a good shower.Once you find it, centrally located for restaurants etc.
If you are given a room at the front overlooking the street you can forget sleeping! It has to be the noisiest town all night that I have ever been in. Pity, the room was nice. Recommended only if you are assured a room at the rear

very clean and showed a lot of care in furnishings and extra touches.
not really for us as no lift and better and larger rooms on second floor.

Located in the heart of a picturesque town, this accommodation is perfect for a quick stay. Situated near the Information Centre, it is easy to find. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. The kitchen is a great bonus with free coffee and tea available.
No free toiletries given.

This is oficially a Hostal not a Hotel. Saying that, it was very clean and well maintained and the Young lady who welcomed us was extreemly helpful. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in but the room was quite small and the shower cubicle had the shower panel on the wrong wall which narrowed the bathing space considerably There is a kitchen on the ground floor for use by residents and coffee tea and biscuits were available for free. The location in the center of town was excellent and we were not bothered by much noise from the street outside. If you turn to the left as you leave the Hostal the Tourist information office is in a building on the right about 100yds down the street and opposite is a bar called Canaleta which serves cheap very tasty tapas
These premises are not suitable for anyone with a mobility problem as there are no rooms on the ground floor and the marble staircases are quite steep. I would think it is more suitable for younger travellers or young couples as opposed to more mature guests.

The best stay during my trip in Andalucia, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are well equiped. The location is perfect, right in the centre next to the Information centre, also it´s very close to a bar that offers delicious and cheap tapas, which is right infront of the information centre. Excellent! I definitly recommend Five gates to everyone.

The hostel was a cozy place with friendly staff that made us feel at home. The bathrooms were clean and had a good smell, and the towels provided were big and soft. The location was perfect as it was near the information center and a bar that served amazing tapas. the hostel had a well-equipped kitchen that was great for cooking our own meals.
One of the main issues we encountered during our stay was the lack of elevator, which made it difficult to carry our suitcases. The shower was also quite tight and could be uncomfortable for larger guests.

The hotel was a luxurious oasis in a bustling and charming town. The exclusive amenities included a sun terrace, leisure/TV room, and public bath, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location advantages afforded easy access to local attractions, while private facilities, including outdoor dining areas, provided a sense of privacy and comfort.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the service in the restaurant, which could have been more attentive. However, this was a small drawback in an otherwise perfect stay.

Great location and helpful staff! The hotel was within walking distance of all the main historical sites. The room was spotlessly clean and the common areas were well-stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries. We appreciated the on-street free parking and the easy access to the highway. The living area and kitchen were wonderful places to relax and socialize with other guests.
The rooms were a bit small and the shower was tight, which made it difficult for larger individuals to use comfortably. there was no elevator, which made it challenging to carry our suitcases up to our room.
